VisualVault adds additional capabilities out-of-the-box far beyond document

management. The software includes forms, records, project management, and training

record functionality. Workflow can enable collaboration, routing and approval

workflows, integrated email alerts, and document lifecycle management. It is designed

for business users and process owners to configure and manage, reducing the need

for direct IT or consultants to support to manage information.

VisualVault contains a complete set of document management and record

management tools. Example features include: automatic retention rules (archiving or

deleting), compound documents (parent-children relationships), full audit trail histories

and a security model that defines access and permissions. The search tools are

detailed, including content searching (full text search) within MS office products, text

documents, HTML, pdf's and much more.
